dc.description.abstractThe DMAIC methodology was applied to analyze a manufacturing system at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticalsin Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. The methodology was used to improve the time for changing and washing the sleeves of different machinesin the area.
