Development, Assignment and Control of Technical Work

Abstract

The Development, Assignment and Control of Technical Work is a management system used in any organization as a standard operating procedure. The procedure will support the engineering manager, while mitigating the organization micromanaging the project. Everything provided in this system is a basic guideline of skills and knowledge a manager need to have in order to develop, monitor and complete technical work without or with minimal deficiencies. The system is has three phases: the developmental, assignment and control phase each phase provide skills, key management knowledge and software to the project or engineer manager.
