dc.description.abstractEl programa CDBG-R3 está teniendo una baja calidad de los entregables y están ocurriendo conflictos de intereses. El inconveniente es la dualidad de tareas de los inspectores que realizan inspecciones y el control de calidad (QC, por sus siglas en inglés) de los entregables. Se propuso implementar un departamento de QC para mitigar la dualidad de tareas. Se creó un Procedimiento Operativos Estándar (SOP, por sus siglas en inglés) el cual dirige de manera detallada los procesos a seguir para poder cumplir con las expectativas de calidad y cumplir con las expectativas del programa CDBG-R3 y del cliente.
