dc.description.abstractThe western area of the island has experienced an increse in the tourism activity during the past two fiscal years. Evidence of this increase has been recorded at the Hotel Cielo Mar-in Aguadilla, as well as other hotels and paradores of the western area. In order to be competitive in this market, the management of the Hotel Cielo Mar must have an optimum number of rooms available to supply the demand. In this study we analyzed the present capacity of the hotel and its expansion plans based on the historic and actual demand in the hotel industry.en_US
