dc.description.abstractThis article describes the preparation of a testing file to verify the calibration of an impedance protection relay using the Mastertest program. With this work we present an alternative to the ones now used for relay calibration. The Mastertest program also creates testing files to calibrate any type of relay. Therefore, the testing file thus created is an example of what a great scale relay maintenance program could be.en_US
