dc.description.abstractTras el paso de los huracanes Irma y María, los servicios básicos como los sistemas de utilidades y comunicaciones quedaron inhabilitados por un largo periodo de tiempo. Además, las inundaciones provocaron deslizamientos y fuertes efectos negativos en las viviendas. El Programa de Reparación, Reconstrucción y Relocalización de viviendas ha sido aprobado para beneficiar a las personas cuyos límites de ingreso familiar promedio del área estén por debajo del 80%, planteando una metodología para la recuperación de la vivienda, desde que la persona afectada solicita los servicios ofrecidos por el programa hasta su entrega final.
