Abstract

This research carried out the application of technology and innovation management to facilitate the transformation of a medical equipment manufacturing company towards a paperless organization. For implementation, the company assessed the current paper-based processes within the company, identified areas where technology and innovation needed attention, developed a clear strategy and roadmap for the paperless transition, outlining objectives and performance. clue. The company implemented document management systems, workflow automation tools and digital communications platforms. The company conducted interviews and surveys that made it easier to understand employee concerns regarding the changes. The strategy used was research, training, implementation, and progress. The implementation proved to be a significant growth path for the company, as it increased its productivity and efficiency metrics to 68%, implementation was 95% achieved, and training was 97% complete across all staff, reinforcing the notion that the path towards paperless operation is not simply an option, but a model for the future.
