dc.description.abstractLa generación de 4.7 millones de neumáticos usados al año afectaron la Isla de Puerto Rico. La regulación de manejo de llantas fue el punto de partida en el análisis. Como se manejaron las importaciones de neumáticos y la disposiciones final de los mismo; sea reciclaje o exportación hacia otros mercados. Una encuesta proporciono un métrica donde muestra que los gomeros cumplen con la ley. El gran problema fue el manejo de fondos.en_US
