dc.description.abstractEn la línea de tray pack, donde las actividades son principalmente manuales, la producción diaria es totalmente dependiente de la cantidad y versatilidad de operadores, estaciones de trabajo, flujo de trabajo, tiempo designado para el proceso, entre otros.El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar dónde la metodología de Kaizen es más productiva y eficiente en los procesos de operación. Se aplicará la metodología de manufactura esbelta (Lean manufacturing), aplicando diferentes herramientas tales como Kaizen, Mapa de Flujo de Valor, Gráfico de Contenido de Trabajo, 5S y un Gráfico de Eventos. Con estas herramientas se conseguirá, junto a los resultados de la investigación, aumentar la eficiencia operacional y facilitará identificar cualquier otro beneficio o área de oportunidad donde se puedan implementar mejoras adicionales.
