dc.description.abstractEste proyecto busca reducir un 20% el tiempo proyectado en la construcción de una casa de un nivel con 138 m2, el cual no tiene un cronograma de trabajo. Se utilizó la técnica de revisión y evaluación de programa y el método de la ruta crítica. Se redujo un 12.5% del tiempo, no cumpliendo con los objetivos.
