dc.description.abstractSe utilizó la metodología DMAIC para implementar un programa para la prevención de mosquitos. Para el desarrollo del proyecto, fue necesario definirlos aspectos básicos para resolver el problema, identificar todas las variables que influyen en el proceso, analizar y validar las distintas opciones e implementar las posibles soluciones. Asimismo, se analizaron los resultados. Luego se implementaron las recomendaciones y finalmente se diseñó una propuesta para controlar el problema.
