dc.description.abstractEste proyecto sintetiza los hallazgos principales del proyecto titulado “Análisis y Mejora del Procesamiento de Órdenes de Compra en el Canal de Ventas en el Centro de Distribución La Española Beauty Supply” desarrollado como parte del curso de Capstone (IE 4990, IE 4995) en el departamento de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico. Este proyecto tiene como propósito principal evaluar y optimizar el proceso de preparación y despacho de órdenes mediante la aplicación de la metodología DMAIC, con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio al cliente.
