dc.description.abstractSe propone demoler 97,500 ft2 del Terminal Capetillo y construir un Edificio Autosustentable en el lugar. Esta propuesta innovadora trata de un edificio de cinco niveles, área de comercios que serán utilizadas para restaurantes y comercio al detal. Uno de los objetivos principales consta de obtener la certificación de la U.S. Green Building Council. Para obtenerla se debe considerar varios parámetros que exige la USGBC y al cumplir con los mismo el edificio se convierte en uno autosustentable.en_US
