dc.description.abstractPuerto Rico carece de lujosos puertos marítimos en el área de la capital para recibir los llamados mega yates, entiéndase embarcaciones que sobrepasan los 164 pies de eslora. Éste proyecto visionario propone el desarrollo de una lujosa y exclusiva marina que cumple con todos los requisitos y facilidades necesarias para poder brindarles un servicio de excelencia a cada uno de estos que atracan en la bahía de San Juan. Para fomentar la visita de mega yates, éste proyecto estará ubicado estratégicamente en la zona costera de Isla Grande conocido como Isla Grande Oeste.en_US
