dc.description.abstractDebido a los cambios climáticos que estamos sujetos en Puerto Rico, donde pueden ocurrir periodos largos de precipitación, surge la preocupación de conservar este recurso ya que es un recurso natural de gran importancia para el crecimiento y desarrollo de los pueblos. A pesar de ser un recurso renovable, el manejarlo inapropiadamente puede reducir su cantidad disponible y utilizable. Por esta razón se propone diseñar una alternativa que ayude a minimizar el consumo de agua potable en el Hospital de Veteranos de San Juan. Como parte del diseño se estará captando agua de escorrentía de techo para impactar el área de limpieza y riego.en_US
